Spring Lakes Farm will open its gates for the second time this winter (date TBA pending a loosening on the group gathering restrictions following COVID-19) to offer an exclusive day retreat to women who are feeling the call to slow down, connect, unwind, breathe deeply again and replenish themselves. This beautiful vast land in Lockyer Valley welcomes you barefooted and hungry for wholesome body, mind and soul nourishment.

Day Retreat is the perfect mini getaway from the busy-ness and all encompassing rush of day-to-day city living. With the unfolding climate of home isolation and the navigation of this secluded way of living, we’ll welcome you to leave all the excess at home and simplify your life for the day where you can surround yourself in wide-open spaces.

Reconnect with your Self and with others are ready to breathe easy, replace white noise with nature’s whispers and step away from the demands of life. Anika Wulff

Anika Wulff is the owner of Spring Lakes Farm, wife to Farmer Zac and mama to two earthstars, Darcy and Livvy. She is a Women’s Transformation Coach, plant medicine enthusiast, yogi and lover of all things nourishing, wholesome, connected and slow. When Anika agreed to pack up her life in WA and start farming organic sweet spuds on the other side of the country she had a vision of bringing women to her land to truly simplify their lives, truly connect, and feel nourished from the inside out.

Anika spends her days covered in dirt and speaking kindly to her sweet spuds, tomatoes and other delicious veggies. You can find her at local farmer’s markets selling her serenaded produce and connecting with women in local ceremonious circles. Day Retreat at the farm is a dream come true.

Tanya Savva

Tanya Savva is a Sydney based Women’s Empowerment and Health Coach, speaker and soulful yoga teacher. She is passionate about helping women simplify their lives to calm the nervous system so the body can optimise its self-healing abilities.

Tanya creates warm and sacred spaces that bring women together to deeply connect with the essence of their truth so they can live a life full of abundance and joy. She runs workshops and transformational wellness/yoga retreats in Australia and Indonesia.

Tanya is mama to Mackenzie, who lives with special needs. Mackenzie was the inspiration to her becoming a published children’s book author and educator of blindness, living with joy despite adversity and inclusion through her powerful story. She’s also a creative muse - this website was built by her.
